The Caribbean region is going through a tough time

If you’re following Caribbean news, there’s not a lot that’s cheery right now. Governments are scaling back, resorts are cutting back, unemployment is up.

Don’t despair!

They are going through the same forced restructuring that other countries have had to do. They will need help and they will grow again when the panic subsides. I expect that in the future there will be a need for training – training of their local people in new skills. There will be more emphasis on preparing the up coming peoples to work in the new and upgraded environment.

Keep your resume out there so that they will know you when the need arises.
