PROGRAMME DIRECTOR
Description
This position, which reports directly to the Board of Directors, will be responsible for directing and implementing all aspects of the Junior Achievement Programme in the Cayman Islands.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Assessing needs and ensuring that programme objectives are met.
• Coordinating activities of programme committees and/or other groups to plan procedures.
• Managing the daily activities of a non-profit organization’s development programmes.
• Assisting in the development of goals and strategies for all fundraising campaigns.
• Responsibility for leading all fundraising campaigns and ensuring their effectiveness.
• Arranging and attending meetings with donors and prospective donors to create and foster relationships.
• Creating a balanced funding mix of donor sources and solicitation programmes tailored to the needs of the organization.
• Participating in building the branding strategy and partners with the local media to ensure public presence.
• Responsibility for all public relations of Junior Achievement of the Cayman Islands. • Creation and maintenance of all databases, administration and filing systems including Corporate Records.
Requirements for Position
The successful candidate must be an experienced Business Development professional capable of working with little to no supervision. Ideally the incumbent will have direct experience working as a Director with a not for profit entity in both Administrative and Fundraising capacities. Although all aspects of the work are of equal importance special emphasis will be placed on fundraising.
Education Requirements
The salary range will be between KYD $45,000 to KYD $55,000 per annum plus pension, health and vacation benefits

35,000 – 45,000/ Ann
