IT Manager Job Responsibilities:
Upkeeping company servers in International and TT locations thru personal knowledge
and outsource management. Keep all Networks configured and working well Manage
SMTP’s in International and TT locations thru outsource management. Manage technical
support staff in Trinidad Ensure Backups are done regularly Ensure copies of
software and other important Intelectual Property assets are stored on the Company
Repository Be the contact person for our company and our various International
Software Providers Managing the Accesses of our staff to back offices, servers
and any other technical places Alerts Management – making sure monitoring of
alerts is 24/7 and effective for all alerts. Receive same to phone self and
distribute to staff.Liaise with outsource alert companies Monitor outsourced
Bandwidth and cost and service and negotiate with outsource companies. Responsible
for company satellite dish and communication Report directly to CEO.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Networking, Hardware,MSCE Certified.
- Proven team leader in able to develop individual and team capabilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and work in a high pressure,
deadline related environment. - Ability to work with persons of varying nationalities and adapt, when necessary,
to different time zones. - Willingness to travel when necessary and do continued learning.
